Returns & Exchange Policy For Online Purchases
Thank you for shopping with us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
Returns & Exchange
We prioritise in providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not entirely happy, we are glad to issue a product exchange for new and unopened normal priced product(s) within 30 days of the date you received it.
In order for the item(s) to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The item(s) were purchased in the last 30 days
- The item(s) are in the original packaging
- The item(s) must have the receipt or proof of purchase
The following item(s) cannot be returned:
- The supply of item(s) made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
- The supply of item(s) which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of item(s) which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Refunds
Products sold are non-refundable, but we will happily exchange the product with another product of the same value. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
D’MOORE® reserves the right of final decision if the product returned is in unsatisfactory condition.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All original shipping and/or handling charges are non-refundable. We cannot be held responsible for item(s) damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. Please allow 1-2 weeks from the day you return your product for your request to be processed.
In the rare circumstance that your product is missing from your order, please report to customer support within 30 days of purchase and we will be happy to assist.
